This project combines the renovation of an existing farmhouse with the construction of two contemporary chalets, set in the heart of the village of Les Tines.
It forms part of a residential development comprising four units of approximately 100 m² each.
The authenticity and charm of the original farmhouse have been carefully preserved and enhanced: the exposed timber frame reflects the building’s historic character, while external insulation ensures comfort and energy performance.
The upper-floor openings have been generously enlarged to allow abundant natural light to fill the spaces. The new buildings adopt a more contemporary architectural language, defined by clean lines and refined proportions.
