Our architectural studio was charged with drafting the building permit for the creation of two chalets at Les Tissières. The site, a panoramic area at the foot of the Bossons glacier without any large obstacles on the surrounding land, gave FedArch Studio the possibility to create an architectural project which maximizes exposure to sunshine. Large windows were placed on the south side and on the Mont Blanc view side. The two twin chalets were built with a reinforced concrete structure for the underground level (garage and cellars), above which is a wooden frame structure. The exterior appearance of the chalets is a traditional one, with some wooden cladding, and some plaster.
