Renovation project in the center of Chamonix. This old country house had a lot of small renovations through years, but it finally required a significant global project and becomed the "Maison de l'UTMB". Main objectifs of the project were: the consolidation of the structure, emphased the inside old traditional frame, the creation of an elevator to make accessible the building to everyone. Facades have been cleaned and restored without making major changing, the idea was to maintain the traditional features of the original building. On the inside we find 3 "open space" floors, which make the workspace flexible and comfortable. The UTMB is now a world well-known event and this building has become the perfect place for teams and club to meet.
